We started with a discovery call to iron out all our expectations and requirements. They were very meticulous to note all details. Then we moved on to the script-writing, some edits and finally, had about 4 rounds of edits for the actual video animation.
Our contract only included 2 rounds of edits but they accommodated extra edits because they also wanted to make sure that the video they produced is top-notch and exactly how we wanted it to be.

Initially, I was put into contact with the team by Ann. She also took care of the initial queries I made. Throughout the project, I communicated mostly with Julia, the marketing project manager who made sure everything went according to the timeline set and also with Anya who made sure the script-writing and communication with the motion department is smooth.
I really liked that everything was very structured and I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Unity Network, an educational portal for decentralized finance (DeFi) and Blockchain products.
What challenge were you trying to address with #1 NinjaPromo.io?
We needed help in social media marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
NinjaPromo is creating visual, video, and text content for our social media accounts. These include long-read stories, quizzes, and GIFs. They usually create 20 unique posts, 25 stories, and one video per month. Usually, they produce animated explainer videos, but they’ve also done live-action videos.
I give NinjaPromo my vision of how our content will go, and they create materials that reflect my vision. I’ve given them our brand manual, and they follow and enhance that with their designs.

I work with six people, including Paul (Co-Founder).

NinjaPromo is good at project management. They’re very flexible — if we have an urgent request, they’re always accomodating, and we can have it within the next day. Their team is also very good at delegating tasks, and someone is always available to work for us, even during holidays. We communicate through Telegram.
What did you find most impressive about them?
NinjaPromo’s designs are very good, and on top of that, they are adaptive and excellent at customer service. If I need something within an hour, they’ll do their best to deliver.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. NinjaPromo is doing a perfect job, and I can’t see how I’ll manage without them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go for their biggest package — they provide a lot of content and a high level of assistance, and it’s absolutely worth it.
Be straightforward. Just ask if you need something changed. They’re very helpful.

We discussed all the details and got our cooperation started. We weren't interested in controlling the team's every move, so we did not coordinate every publication. In the end, we are delighted with the result we got.

We were looking for Social Media Marketing agency to help us with Content production on Social Media Networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube.

We wanted to attract new clients for our design studio. Another goal was to provide us with the new followers on Social Networks and tell them about the services and products we produce through different types of Content.

We've compared a few agencies between each other. Their main advantages are their pricing and quality of content that we received as concept even before signing the contract.

We've signed the contract and the job began. Well, it's a long story because we did a lot together from strategy to videos on Youtube and even offline events. Everything is done step-by-step on each point of cooperation.

I don't even know what to begin with:
- We've received 40.000 new followers on Instagram for our Studio
- We've received 100+ clients from Instagram
- Apart from that our website is on top of google and yandex, we haven't expected that at all
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Usually they reply within 30 minutes to any request and work 7 days a week which is really important for us as we're b2c business as well and need some things to go live on weekends as well. The only thing wasn't perfect to me is that they are not always available for calls so I had to write them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I wasn't expecting the results receive. As an example, we had to hire 10 more designers to cover new orders. We're one of the biggest Interior design studios as for now and partly that happened because of ninjapromo team

Would be great if they will be able to to answer calls urgently but the rest is fine.
