    Every engagement starts the same way. Nimble gets access to the codebase, reviews the existing workflows, and meets with the team leads before any work begins. The first sprint is diagnostic. The builds that follow are grounded in what is actually happening inside the org, not a generic playbook applied from the outside. For AI Transformation, onboarding runs in three defined phases. Embed and Map covers the first two to four weeks. Nimble reviews the full SDLC, identifies the highest-leverage AI insertion points, and delivers a friction map with a prioritized implementation plan. Implementation and Training follows for six to ten weeks, building and deploying the pipelines, training the team, and measuring output gains at each milestone. Maintenance and Optimization runs ongoing, keeping the workflows compounding after the initial build. Clients have 90-day milestones from the start. For DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, onboarding begins with an architecture review and a cloud environment security assessment. Nimble maps the current infrastructure, identifies compliance gaps, and delivers a remediation plan before a single line of new infrastructure is written. For Nearshore Engineering Teams, onboarding begins with a technical matching process. Engineers are vetted against the client's stack, project requirements, and team structure before placement. From there, they are in your standups, your repos, and your sprint cadence within weeks. Across all three service lines, the first two weeks are about understanding and then building a plan.

    Nimble works inside your organization, repos, and codebase from day one, reviewing and optimizing how your team plans, builds, reviews, tests, and deploys. Your PR process, your sprint cadence, and your CI/CD pipeline are all in scope, not just the work sitting in backlog. For AI Transformation, collaboration starts with embedding and mapping. Nimble spends the first two to four weeks inside your SDLC identifying the highest-leverage AI insertion points and mapping the friction that slows delivery. Implementation and training follow, running six to ten weeks, building and deploying the pipelines your team will use permanently. Maintenance and optimization keep the gains compounding after the initial build. Defined 90-day milestones throughout. For DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, Nimble architects and deploys production-ready AWS systems using Fast Foundation, our proprietary IaC blueprint. CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, observability, and compliance readiness for SOC 2, HIPAA, and NIST SP 800. Terraform scripts are owned by the client from day one. For Nearshore Engineering Teams, senior engineers from Latin America are pre-vetted, matched to your stack, and onboarded in weeks. They work your hours, attend your standups, and ship into the same GitHub repo as your in-house team. Across all service lines, Nimble works at the level where the actual work happens. The engagement ends when the team owns the outcomes.
