Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of operations at Clutch, a ratings and reviews platform based in Washington, D.C. We are largely focused on the B2B service provider space.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nicole Lanteri Design?

To accommodate our growing team, my company rented more commercial space within the same office building. We sought to turn some of this space into a lounge and create a more comfortable space for teammates. We outsourced design services to Nicole Lanteri Design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nicole (Principal Designer, Nicole Lanteri Design) and her team began by consulting with my team. They took the time to understand our intentions and how we wanted people to interact with the space. Then, they proposed various designs that reimagined the area.

After we decided on a design plan, their team ordered the furniture, coordinated delivery, and then built and placed all of the pieces in our office.
