I'm the president and COO of Earnnest. We provide a digital platform for the secure electronic transfer of real estate funds. Our platform enables buyers to deposit directly to escrow holders while keeping all parties informed and reducing risks like lost checks and wire fraud.

The team composition has changed over the period of our engagement. It has ranged from one to four teammates, depending on our needs.

Our founding product and engineering team were familiar with Nicer's work through the Greenville startup community. We chose Nicer because of our familiarity with their team and the high level of their work.

We began working with them in 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Nicer has delivered projects on time with a low defect rate. The team is truly a part of Earnnest and has typically exceeded expectations regarding timeliness and responsiveness.

How did Nicer perform from a project management standpoint?

Nicer's project management is excellent. We mainly use Slack for communication, but their team communicates wherever our team communicates, such as email and Jira.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Product design is essential and requires a deep understanding of the product and the end user. Nicer has always nailed it.
