Independent AI architect and fractional AI CTO for UK, US and European companies. I review and build production AI systems: LLM, RAG and AI agent platforms, and apps built with AI coding tools.
What I do:
- AI security and architecture reviews before an enterprise pilot: prompt injection, data leakage, tenant isolation, audit trail
- Reviews of AI-built apps (Lovable, Cursor, Supabase) before launch
- Custom AI platforms, enterprise RAG and multi-agent systems, built to production
- Fractional AI CTO for teams without senior AI leadership
Evidence:
- Hardened a multi-tenant AI platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers before its enterprise pilots: 2 critical and 4 high issues fixed, 24 of 24 acceptance criteria passed
- SureCiteAI, my live multi-tenant RAG product: 94% retrieval hit-rate and 0 hallucinated citations across 297 cases on published public-benchmark runs (nicchin.com/proof)
- SystemAudit (systemaudit.dev), my code-analysis platform
- 13 production AI systems designed and shipped; co-founded SculptAI, which raised $350K seed
How I work: you work directly with me, not an account manager. Every build starts with a fixed-scope two-week discovery sprint that ends with a working prototype on your data, and the build is quoted to that scope.
Based in the UK; on-site in the UK and Malaysia by arrangement, remote everywhere else.
