Nezam AI Consulting is a Toronto-based AI consulting and deployment firm. We work with property management companies, real estate brokerages, and trades businesses across the GTA, with engineering in Cairo and delivery in Dubai.
Every engagement starts with a two-week AI audit: we map the operation and rank every automation worth building by payback, and the written plan is yours to keep. From there we build against a fixed scope with weekly demos, then operate what we ship. In production today: AI voice agents answering every inbound call 24/7, custom CRMs, accounting automation, and direct booking platforms. Clients own the source code, credentials, and documentation from day one. We do not build AI whose purpose is to cut headcount.

Our Story
We started Nezam in late 2025. We had both been working with AI and could see what it would do inside property management and real estate, the two we knew best.
Our first two paying jobs were a plumbing company and a rental platform, so we stopped calling it a property thing.
Every job opens with two weeks of mapping before we write code. Then we build it and stay on to run it. You own the code and the accounts.
