I’m the CEO of Appetite Creative, an advertising and marketing company. We transform product packaging into interactive media channels using web app-based experiences. We help brands engage audiences, optimize marketing, and drive sales through connected packaging technology.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire NextAssist to accomplish for your business?

We hired NextAssist to provide fractional executive assistant support across the business. We needed help managing day-to-day project coordination, tracking and reconciling expenses, planning and booking travel, and handling ad hoc operational requests as they came up.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NextAssist provides us with project management services. They track open tasks and follow-ups across teams, coordinate meeting scheduling, and maintain process documentation and SOPs so work doesn’t fall through the cracks.NextAssist also provides us with expense management services. They process and reconcile expenses, prepare monthly reports, and handle vendor communication around invoices and payments.Moreover, NextAssist provides us with travel planning services. They book and coordinate travel and event logistics end-to-end, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Finally, NextAssist provides us with ad hoc business support. They manage our inbox and calendar, conduct light research and briefings, and handle general operational requests as they come up.
