For what projects/services did your company hire Next Web Design, and what were your goals?

Hired Next Web to develop an app within Shopify. Goals were to simply create the app to customise products

How did you select Next Web Design and what were the deciding factors?

Rachel - Their leader sounded very knowledgable, but was not able to complete a single part of the job given to her and her team.

Job was all within Shopify and custom code was being created to customise products

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1 - Owner who calls herself Rachel. She is not a real person as I found out.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Rachel ran off after sending an email stating that the job turned out to be too hard for her and she had spent too much time trying to do it, but was unable to. She then would not repay the deposit and ran off with project budget.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They would not talk on phone. Initial payment was made and was told 2 weeks. 8 weeks later, still nothing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should not be allowed to do business. What they do is theft.
