What challenge were you trying to address with Nexlytix Inc.?

We needed help monitoring our digital work environment and accelerating our pipeline through insights and action items.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nexlytix designed and deployed an AI-powered sales pipeline health agent integrated into my Google environment and other technologies I use. The scope covered four core work streams: CRM integration, data integration, activity logs, and engagement signals.The agent has an AI layer that monitors deal velocity, detects stall patterns, scores pipeline health, and generates action items on a deal-by-deal basis. There’s also an alerts and reporting layer that gives a live pipeline health dashboard and weekly digest reports with a list of priorities. The agent automatically stress tests itself and provides timelines when the environment needs to be updated with full documentation updating provided.

We saw a reduction in our pipeline leakage and stalled deals, a decrease in our sales cycle length, and an improvement in our win rates.
