Nex Automations

Nex Automations is an AI and workflow automation studio in Ahmedabad, India, building production systems for e-commerce brands, agencies and growing operations teams. We work on Make.com, Zapier and n8n, plus direct API development where no native integration exists: order and inventory operations, lead routing and qualification, invoice and document workflows, WhatsApp and email automation, reporting dashboards and AI agents that handle the judgement-based steps a rule-based scenario cannot.

Founded in 2021, the studio has built 1,200+ automation systems for 210+ clients across 12+ countries, including 20+ custom software builds such as client portals, internal tools and custom Make.com apps. Typical engagements recover 15 to 20 hours of manual work a week. One transportation client's invoice cycle went from 30 days to 7, a 77% reduction. One order-routing system runs as a single 198-module Make.com scenario across multiple regions.

Nex holds Make.com Level 5 Expert certification, held continuously since February 2024 and recertified in January 2026, and is both a Make partner and a Zapier Silver Solution Partner. Every engagement starts with a blueprint session that maps the process before any build, and every system ships with documentation, walkthrough videos and an optional support retainer from $99 a month.
