For what projects/services did your company hire NewGen Advisory?

For buying a motel. They are the worst when it comes to customer service or honesty. They play games back and forth with no real substance. Stay away from them.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

They cannot close deals as they have hired immatures to work for the company. No level of commitment or dedication. Super laidback people.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

They showed me a motel for which the seller wanted $16 million. They never told me that they are expecting any offers. By the time, I am ready with the offer they have accepted someone else offer from out of state. End of chapter. No, this company called me again that deal cannot be closed and now the price is raised from $15 million to $20 million just in 2 weeks. When I get them offer, the seller doesn’t want to close because NewGen doesn’t want to show them reality or being honest with me from get go. They believe in playing games. Stay away!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 3 people and one is kid in that team who doesn’t understand the level of dedication and super laidback.

Very bad outcome working with these guys.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing unique

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should revamp their sales and marketing skills; especially customer service with the way they treat customers as if they are beggars.
