Went from having no website to having a beautiful, functional, and adaptable website. Took a basic brand image and turned it into something identifiable and replicable across different collateral (signs, business cards, web, slide decks, etc.). Increased web traffic with improved SEO.

New Media Design consistently exceeds my expectations in terms of professionalism, creativity, responsiveness, and support. The technical coverage is exceptional; I know that when I have a problem or an issue that I want to change with my website, New Media Design won't leave me hanging. I hear back quickly and my needs are addressed in a way that is understandable to me and also that respects my time and the importance of getting the project done right.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The professionalism, but also the listening skills of Kit, the designer who I worked with. Kit knew the right questions to ask and has the technical and marketing know how to help me see what I hadn't considered. In addition, I've heard nightmare stories about design companies who balloon the cost and/or don't deliver what they promised. I never have had a moment's doubt about New Media Design and that they are the right company for me to work with for my company's web needs.
