NeverBlue IT is a family-owned managed IT provider with offices in Central Florida (Orlando area) and Southeast Michigan (Farmington Hills). Since 1996 we have run the full technology operation for small and midsize businesses for one fixed monthly price: a 24/7 helpdesk, cybersecurity, network management, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, business phone systems, and practical AI. We are a registered partner in the Claude Partner Network and an authorized Claude reseller.
What sets us apart is that we still show up. Most IT companies went remote-only. Every client gets a dedicated team lead who works in their office on a schedule they choose (weekly, every other week, or monthly), so the person supporting your business knows your people and how your office runs.
We work mostly with law firms, credit unions, banks, accounting firms, manufacturers, and professional offices. Many of them answer to auditors, examiners, or insurance carriers about security, so we put the controls in place and help complete client and insurance security questionnaires.
Onsite coverage reaches about four hours from each office. In Florida that includes Orlando, Windermere, Winter Garden, Daytona Beach, the Space Coast, Tampa, and West Palm Beach. In Michigan it includes Farmington Hills, Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Lansing. Remote support covers all 50 states.
Plans are month to month, and some of our client relationships go back more than 17 years.

NeverBlue IT started in Southeast Michigan in 1996 as Innovative Network Solutions and later opened in Central Florida. We changed our name to NeverBlue IT under the same family ownership. The idea behind the company hasn't changed: people first, then computers. Our technicians work in client offices on a regular schedule, our helpdesk answers 24/7, and every client has a team lead who knows their business.
