We needed to automate our customer service and have a system to manage our clinic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neural IA has built an AI agent for our clinic, trained it with our information, and delivered a complete CRM. Now, the AI agent attends to all our chats, and the CRM facilitates the management of our clinic. Additionally, its integration with Meta allows us to optimize our ads.

The CRM has a sales pipeline, a dashboard, smart calendars, and conversations from all our sales channels. It also has a direct integration with Meta to optimize and train our CAPI with appointments that the bot schedules.
