I reached out to Net Reputation to help address negative yelp reviews and a damaged online presence that limited my business growth and career options.

How did you select this vendor?

Choosing an ORM company can be very difficult as most companies have a great reputation online. After doing some research, I talked to 4 companies and then selected this vendor. I was very impressed by their professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and well thought out strategy. In addition, their price point was better than most competitors making them the clear choice.

This project began with an interview and analysis session. They set expectations that ultimately proved to be realistic and which their work exceeded. They then worked with me to create a custom strategy that incorporated both ORM and brand building. Once underway, they were excellent about staying in communication and updating progress. The content they produced was well structured and compellingly written and their industry vehicles were impactful as promised.

We ran a complex strategy that succeeded in removing reviews from yelp and suppressing negative links across 3 different search phrases in a very aggressive 6 month timeline.

Net Reputation has an online platform that facilitates content editing and approval. Their communication style was exact, timely, and professional while still being convivial.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For some, a damaged online reputation may be the result of a malicious actor or an indelible mark from a regrettable past. As a result, it can carry a deep emotional component. My experience with Net Reputation was that they understood and were truly compassionate to this. They worked as hard for you to repair as you are for yourself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I think they exemplify work in this space.

What was the team composition?

Tony was our point of contact and we found him highly accessible at every stage of the project. Trey managed our Google review take down. Within days,

1. The first fraudulent and defamatory review was removed.
2. He continues to work on another review that posted one star with no accompanying words by the same individual.

This review is taking longer to remove. David worked on the negative site push down. Immediately he recognized the site was using an unethical means of acquiring high Google positioning. Within days of alerting Google to the same, the site was pushed to page two.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Two negative Google reviews (both left by one person):

1. The fraudulent and defamatory review was down within a few days.
2. The review that had no content, simply one star is still up.

Apparently, no content reviews are harder to get removed. However, the fraudulent review was the most damaging to the business. We're very happy that the untrue and damaging information is gone.

One negative website: Within two weeks of taking over the online reputation management, the negative site went from position #3 to position #14, and continues to go down. David brought to our attention other issues which he promptly dealt with as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Tony, Trey, and David shared an open line of communication throughout the project. Tony responded to calls and texts almost instantaneously. Net Reputation's time zone was three hours ahead of ours.

But that didn't preclude Tony from picking up the phone when he was out on a Friday night at 6:30pm. This is exactly what we needed when our business was under attack. I'm totally grateful to him for such responsiveness and dedication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There are a lot of companies out there that promise results. These guys actually get them. When our business was under attack, Net Reputation managed the situation professionally and delivered results. We are immensely grateful to the entire team there.

We initially ran a few Google searches, looking for solutions to our issues, and came across several online reputation management vendors. After speaking to several vendors’ sales teams and comparing quotes, we ended up picking NetReputation.com as they seemed to be most knowledgeable in the space and were quick to provide a case study of a similar issue they had taken care of for another business.

Net Reputation took care of suppressing an incorrectly posted negative review of another company, through the posting of several pieces of content which they were able to get ranked, replacing the misleading content in the search engines.

They used a combination of SEO techniques and leveraged partnerships they hold with high authority domains within Google search results, to achieve this. They also improved our company's web reputation.

They have a team of very helpful salespeople & highly skilled online reputation management specialists. We're very impressed by their cost-effective service, dedication, and timely service.

As per above, they were able to get rid of the negative content successfully and this has resulted in higher volumes of prospects reaching out to us.

All team members we've dealt with were prompt to return emails & phone calls. They are very accessible and transparent, they took their time to explain the whole process, and gave frequent progress updates. All of our expectations have been exceeded.

Their extensive experience and competency were impressive and have brought in great results. I was impressed that after working together, we saw better results in a matter of weeks rather than waiting several months to see them.

We had a very positive experience with NetReputation, there really weren't any downsides; we’ve been happy with their services.

They initially did 2 designs for us and we ended up choosing one of them. The Designer was always in contact with us to know what our preferences are. I could be a little bit picky but i was satisfied with the design and the loading speed which was very important for us.

I only had communications with the Designer and the project manager. They always kept me abreast.

It's been 6 months after and i have noticed significant progress. First, our site now has a high loading speed, the rankings moved from page four to page two on google and I'm hopeful it will be on page one next year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We expected to see the number of articles we agreed on in the outlets they promised. However, they went back on their word multiple times and didn't follow through on their promises. They said whatever they could to close the sale. We only got a handful of articles, some of which were taken down, in unreputable/scam outlets or weren't indexed in Google at all. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and overpriced service.

How did NetReputation perform from a project management standpoint?

NetReputation was delayed and tricked us into continuing to pay by lying. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

There was nothing impressive about working with them.

Too early to tell. The 1st person I was assigned to was not who picked up the account. I wanted to be reimbursed after the 1st virtual call with th eProject Manager at the time. I am happy the cold caller got back involved and partnered me with Danny

I am still a bit murky on what the value of my investment in the firm will yield. That said, Danny is responsive and doesn't have the ego of the 1st guy they gave me.

Too early to tell. Once again, Danny listens , He is responsive. He doenst make me feel like I was lucky to hire a firm that I have no idea what they were capable of doing.

Yes. They should get a better read on the person before they assign that new client to a guy who made me feel like I worked for him. I wanted an immediate reimbursement of funds. I know a guy who hired NR and said it was a waste of money. I do not go by others opinions. So jury is still out. That said, Danny is a good and patient person.
