It’s a long and interesting story that is best captured by the phrase ‘We evolved and adapted’. Starting out in NYC in 2006 we have built digital products and provided teams for clients internationally including Apple, Bank of America, startups, and international non-profit organizations. And have collaborated with people in over 17 countries. And we are genuinely dedicated to great causes in our home city of Cali, Colombia.

Talent. We have developed a talent network that gives us access to thousands of software engineers, designers, data scientists in Colombia as well as across Latin America and have developed a rigorous evaluation process to identify the top 10%. Our squads of seasoned developers, UX/UI experts, and testers use Agile methodologies to ensure effective and efficient delivery of outstanding digital products. 

Products. We produce compelling digital products from start to finish including data science, videogames, web apps, and more recently Web 3.0 products. We also build our own products, check out https://datapico.com and https://cali.chis.pa. These projects allow our teams to test and innovate and use these experiences in our clients’ projects.

Community. A core part of our culture is to actively contribute to our community. During the pandemic we organized and collaborated in food distribution to thousands of low income residents in our home city of Cali. And this effort continues.
