Neodia supported our consulting firm—which specializes in nursing homes (EHPADs)—with a service combining:

lead generation,
SEO,
GEO, and
automation.
The engagement began with an assessment of our service offerings, target clients, website, competitors, lead sources, and internal tools.

Neodia then consulted us on our business priorities and the use cases with the highest potential.

SEO component:

creating content addressing the actual challenges faced by nursing home executives: declining occupancy rates, recruitment difficulties, payroll optimization, preparation for HAS (French health authority) evaluations, profitability improvement, and facility restructuring or acquisition.
GEO component:

increasing the firm's visibility within ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and Google’s generative AI responses. Neodia structured the content to clearly articulate our areas of expertise, the types of clients we actually serve, the concrete problems we solve, our methodologies, client references, and service areas.
Lead Generation:

Qualification forms, online assessments, white papers/studies, benchmarks, landing pages, and Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Automation:
