What were your goals for this project?

Between 2000 and 2017, Curentul website had three different versions. During this period we have tried to transform the old archive into the newer version and we failed. In 2017 Neo Vision managed to do it successfully.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the first year when our new website was launched we saw a 42,77% increase in pageviews with 33,13% more new readers comparing to the previous year. In the second year the increase was 20,76% for pageviews and 13,26% for new readers and in the third year we had 59,97% more pageviews and 40,32% more new readers.

We are very pleased with the team's promptitude. They are very easy to reach all the time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Team members are prompt, creative and intelligent. Solve technical problems with a lot of imagination.

Honestly, no. They should keep up the good work.

We've worked by now on several projects, mostly consisting of web development and IT consultancy. An interesting project was the one from which our website Global Travel Monitor emerged.

Our goal was to have the world map with all the countries having assigned a certain risk level and the appropriate recommendations for each. Moreover, once the crisis emerged in the first period of 2020, we adapted our map by adding the current situation updates. NVTech managed to capture these goals.

Building a global risk map that gathers both the security risk level as well as the travel and movement restrictions that emerged during the COVID19 crisis. An interactive global map with two different layers of information and a search option for each country.

We are happy with the solution provided both because of the easy way of keeping the control and updates on the map that is subject to fast-changes and because of the overall experience with the team.

I like to write a lot and this comes handy when operating on global premises as I can constantly update my team via e-mail and have them answer in the proper time zone. In the project, we worked both via email and phone, when particular details were to be shared and cleared.

We like the team and how we manage to communicate while performing on our common projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Promote themselves better as they are quite humble in their approach.

Safety first - the user generated data base of the main Romanian Forum dedicated to the construction business, needed an upgrade and we decided to relocate on a new server & a new version (mobile responsive). Timing and fast reaction were also key-success factors.

It's a newly founded company, in Romania, we are focusing on online elearning websites, offering quality content for medstudents, future medstudent and future residents. We are planning to extend on other educational branches. I am the CEO of the company.

After we had a design for our first project, Mingo Academy, we needed to start the web developement, front end and back end, and this is when we found Neo Vision.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals were to create a fresh, innovative, and retro platform, to make studying fun and competitive, and to offer quality content from medical professionals.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by our graphic designer's team. I knew right from he start they were the only vendor to go to. When they saw the project they knew exactly what to do, and how to do it, and everything went really smooth. The prices were really afforadble also.

They basically did everything, from developing to configuring and launching the platform. There were about 300 hours of developement, they planned each step really well, the communication went great and they were done just in time. They also allowed extra free hours for bug fixing on the release date and we had recieved of help from them ever since.

What was the team composition?

The whole team had about 8 people, including me, the graphic designers and the guys from Neo Vision. I think their team consists of 4 developers, they were all available to us during almost every hour of the day and night. The communication was as expected, they were quick and prompt and every bug or problem related to developement was fixed almost instant.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We actually started our business with this project, we wanted to deliver a great and fun platform for the medical community in Romania, to help improve the education level and help the future doctors and the future medstudents. We launched it at a great time, and we currently have around 3000 users activly using the platform.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was really great. I could see it since the beggining. They had a plan for everything, they had a timeline for every aspect of the project, it was really effective, there were no delays and we had everything on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive I think is how they can communicate with the buyer. They were all available throughout the day and night, i had direct contact with them, we had instant replies, and they had a solution right away for every problem. Most of the bugs were fixed in the same hour that i reported them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly dont have any remarks for them. Everything went really great and i dont know where they should improve. I'd rate my experience with them 10/10.

At the beginning of the project, there were 4-5 people working with us. However we have since scaled down, and there are currently 2-3 people on the team.

We had an extremely tight deadline and budget and NeoVision went above and beyond to deliver on price, timing, and performance. The website and easy online order process they helped develop for me exceeded all my expectations and helped us reach our target deadline and below budget!

The deciding factors were our budget and most importantly the deadline. NeoVision offered the most competitive pricing by far and I'm confident they supplied 10X the product and service beyond the next closest competitor. The team's highly customized development, support, attention to detail, friendliness, and speed were second to none! A++++++ work

We had multiple different product variations, all which affected pricing differently, custom pricing and checkout features and content, payment processing integration, custom plug ins for functionality, all part of a highly interactive website.

I needed a few things beyond the scope of their abilities and they were able to subcontract out the work to get it all done in time, all while maintaining a single contact point and payment gateway. I never had to deal with anyone else, there was no back and forth...they handled everything! I cannot recommend Adrian and his team enough!

2-4 people worked on the project, along with a couple partners to bring our vision to life!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project meet all our deadlines and budget requirements, and exceeded all expectations of how the site would come out, especially with a really really tight deadline. We went from signing the contract to having a fully functioning website in under 2 months - unheard of in the industry given the amount of custom variables we had to implement!

Super laid back and relaxed, nothing seemed forced. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt that not only did we have a great working relationship but I now have some new good buddies as well!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They utilized all available tools to make our website stand out, and had amazing responsiveness and attention to detail. Everything we'd request to have changed was attended to typically within 24 hours, and they constantly followed up for our input and approval. I never found myself asking when I would hear from them...in fact they were typically ahead of me with getting deliverables, which helped me stay on task and get things moving asap!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. These guys killed it - absolutely amazing job. I would have them build the next 10 website and all my friends websites as well - they will definitely be getting a stellar recommendation. There were no concerns with payment - they worked with me on a custom payment plan to help make things easier for my company, and were very understanding of the situation I was in. Don't build a website without talking to NeoVision first!
