After 4 years with KPMG, Jamelle transitioned to an industry where he gained additional accounting, finance, and tax experience while working for some of the largest fortune 500 companies across entertainment, real estate, and consumer products. Jamelle later transitioned to executive recruiting for accounting and finance, working with a national recruiting firm where he led business development and recruiting efforts for the Southern California division of the firm. Guided by an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, Jamelle founded Nelson & Associates, with the vision to provide a suite of financial services to meet the challenges and needs of individuals and corporate clients.
