Throughout the years, we’ve used Nea Mesa for our digital marketing services. They’ve done email and social media campaigns. They’ve managed our Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Recently, we started a Google Ads campaign, and they also do paid ads and campaigns on Facebook.

Additionally, they’ve done a lot of organic work through blog and general posts to keep our guests and other interested parties up to date.

I’m only in contact with one person, but I’m not sure how many people there are on the team.

Our ongoing engagement with their team started in December 2015.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The reach for our campaigns is usually between 50,000–100,000 individuals. We try to be specific about our demographics and geographic focus. The engagement from that is between 12,000–18,000.

How did Nea Mesa Hotel & Tourism Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

While they’re not the best at meeting deadlines, we still continue working with them because it isn’t that much of a dealbreaker.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our organization finds it appealing that they’re not a large organization, and I find them to be a little more agile when the need arises. We have a peer-to-peer relationship that I appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their content creation could improve. Their team could also be more transparent when it comes to keeping us up to date on campaigns and progress each week.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have clear goals and know what you want out of the engagement. Have as much content as possible ready and available beforehand.
