Anna McKay is a Leadership Development and Career coach and founder of Navigations Coaching, LLC. She partners with clients to take their next leaps. Whether you are an emerging leader just beginning your career, a mid-career influencer transitioning to a new leadership position, an entrepreneur starting a new venture, or a stay at home mom going back to work, Anna loves exploring possibilities and watching her clients grow in their self-awareness and discover that something they thought was impossible in the past is now more tangible and real for them. Ms. McKay has coached for more than 10 years with clients in Fortune 100 multinational organizations, embassies, small businesses, universities and as individuals on topics ranging from leadership development, interviewing skills, setting career direction, career transition, time management, prioritization, work-life balance, communication, and presentation skills among others. She brings a positive outlook, proven process, and having lived and coached in the United States, Philippines, and China, she brings a multicultural awareness to her coaching style. She is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, ACC certified coach through the International Coach Federation, Emotional Intelligence (EQ1 2.0) practitioner, and lucky mother of two wonderful daughters. She is also the Membership Director for the Houston chapter of the International Coach Federation. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. McKay worked at Deloitte and Touche for more than 7 years.
