Naugatuck Glass LLC was founded and began operations as The Naugatuck Glass Company in 1927 by Waterbury native Winfield S. Witherwax. Naugatuck Glass has occupied the current location since 1937.
Our years of glass fabrication experience has made us a premier producer of small glass components. We specialize in mirrors for ladies compacts and industrial inspection mirrors, flat glass applications for industrial gauges, automotive and marine instrumentation as well as picture frame and information display devices.
For the aerospace and avionics industries Naugatuck Glass LLC produces commercial optical components with applications for instrument cover glass and metalized edge components for hermetically sealed instruments.
