JobTraining helps organizations make behavioral change a real part of daily work. How do we do that? With live training and AI coaching. Live training because that is where the motivation for personal growth arises. AI coaching so that people keep practicing after the training. Practicing just before a difficult conversation. Reflecting after a tense meeting. Trying something new. Every employee embarks on a personal learning journey and practices with situations that are truly relevant to him or her. As a result, behavioral change becomes personal, measurable, and scalable. This is how we change large groups of people. And many organizations.
