We automate the work that eats owner and staff hours: answering customer emails in your brand voice, confirming and rescheduling bookings, following up with lapsed customers, reconciling the books and forecasting daily revenue so you can staff and prep.
Every engagement follows four steps. Discover: we map your workflows and pick 3 to 5 automation opportunities with a defined ROI. Build: we design the architecture and ship a working proof of concept. Deploy: the agents go live on your infrastructure with real data. Scale: we add workflows and keep improving them.
You keep control. The agents run on your infrastructure, you own the IP, nothing starts until you approve the plan and nothing goes live until you approve the change. Security is part of every release: security testing in CI/CD, prompt-injection scanning and AI safety guardrails, with a SOC 2 Type 2 compliance path.
Naptic was founded by Jordan Mayer, who holds a master's in Information Security Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon, and Darien Bodenhorst. Plans start at $500 per month per location.

Naptic exists so a 15-person business can use the same AI tools big companies use. We build custom AI agents that take real work off a team's plate, like answering customer emails in the brand's voice or forecasting daily revenue. The agents run on the client's own infrastructure, the client owns the IP, and humans approve every change before it ships. Founded by Jordan Mayer (MS, Information Security, Carnegie Mellon) and Darien Bodenhorst.
