OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Naked Ads, and what were your goals?

We were looking for custom email automation at a fair price and with good communication from the agency.

How did you select Naked Ads and what were the deciding factors?

A friend's of mine recommended this agency.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

1. We had an introduction call, where Naked Ads shared their expertise in email marketing. 2. Once we signed a contract, we started the onboarding process. It was fast and very user-friendly. We shared some information and docs that they requested, like logo, brand book, our audience, etc 3.

After a few days, they come up with a plan about triggers that they thought will be good to have on our website 4. After confirmation and some feedback, they started to work on the project. 5. Once the project was finished, they spent an extra month optimizing the flow and made some A/B tests.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact. Also, on the onboarding call, we met their email specialist, who also operated on the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our automated trigger emails started working like hours. The awesome thing that I really liked, that now it was synchronized with our user's behavior on our site.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We had a kickoff call before they started. After that, we had one call per week and a final meeting after one month of optimization. They shared the road map for future improvements and next steps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Even we didn't have daily calls (honestly, I'm so busy to have daily calls about emails), our communication was on top. We used the Teams app to be in the loop, and project manager Anna was ready to help and answer all my team's questions. So I would say that I really liked how they communicated with us. At some point, I even thought that it's our in-house team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are improvements for all of us :-), but I don't know what to share about their company and their improvements right now.
