we wanted to change our online shop from presta to shopware. There are many difficulties involved in how to associate different shipping costs with different products. In addition, the integration of desired shipping days. Mzmuda coped with the task very well.

we found him on the internet. After a long phone call i knew Mzmuda was the right person for our project.

our shop works perfectly and that is the work of mzmuda. we have absolute trust in his work and have for many years now, even when our shop was still running as a presta shop.

Mzmuda works with different tools to give us a better understanding of the problem. That made our work a lot easier

Mzmuda has a lot of experience in his field and can implement many new ideas. He gave us a lot of help. Always recommended.

Mzmuda is an absolute professional, he works unerringly to the end. he is always available for us, brings good ideas. It was really a pleasure to work with them. Communications is always very well.

I’m the CEO of ingredio GmbH. We only sell clean baking ingredients without additives and chemical synthetic stuff through an online shop within Germany. I’ve also been working as a consultant for bakeries and confectioneries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mzmuda?

We hired them for their e-commerce development and SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

mzmuda helped us create our webshop. We initially sent them the designs we made for the site, and they recommended ways to improve them in terms of price, stability, stability, and overall user experience. Additionally, they implemented community software that enabled us to sell and manage our products through the site. At the moment, they’re providing maintenance support and installing add-ons.

Their team is also handling our SEO efforts. They come up with new ideas and opportunities to get more customers and acquire a better search rank.

What is the team composition?

We work with only one person from their team.

How did you come to work with mzmuda?

We found them through an online community, where we asked for somebody who could do our project; they were the first to respond. Also, most of the companies that responded were German, but they were pretty expensive and didn’t offer good services. mzmuda offered quality services at a good price, which was the main reason why we chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve around €15,000.(approximately $14,500).

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working together in February 2019, and our collaboration is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been earning so much money with the webshop they’ve created. It’s helped us work very efficiently, too. We’ve gotten good feedback from customers who are glad that our online shop is so easy to use. Overall, the webshop is running smoothly, and everything is going well.

How did mzmuda perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver tasks on time, and their services are very affordable. We communicate via Skype, email, and phone calls. If we have questions, we just contact them through any of those platforms, and they respond quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their ability to execute all the ideas that we give them. Also, they’ve made all the right decisions for our company so far, which is why we continue to trust what they’re doing and their suggestions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re providing great work, and we have no complaints.

Any advice for potential customers?

Hire them for your projects if you want to have somebody who can understand your point.

Mateusz created an interface between Shopware and our WaWi software and continues to make adjustments according to our wishes. The aim was to import item data and synchronize orders.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mateusz was suggested to us on Google, although he is not based in Germany. We asked him and quickly received an answer and then all our wishes were discussed.

Mateusz built us an API that now communicates between Mauve System 3 and Shopware.

As a product manager, I and Mateusz are in regular contact with each other.

The site is still under construction and is constantly being expanded; we have not yet carried out an exact measurement of growth.

We communicate via e-mail or via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their problem-solving skills. Since we had no experience with Shopware, Mateusz was a great help to us and always answered all our questions very quickly.

So far everything has been to our satisfaction.
