Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WARNING!! Absolutely Horrendous Support! I tried and tried for 7 WEEKS to get some help with Myworks WHMCS / QBO Sync Module. I received one unhelpful response only after I opened another Ticket complaining that they were Not Responding. Then I Never received another response. Do NOT Trust this Company!

The software worked for a while, but then when it stopped working, they did not provide any support.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nothing was impressive!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes! They need to respond to Support Tickets.
