We had a horrible experience with them as our property manager. Don't trust any of their guarantees, they do not back them up. They were impossible to get a hold of. Run away. I expected so much better.

An owner facing team member and a client-facing team member.

We incurred a lot of losses from poor tenant selection and poor property management

Very poor comincation

Pretty much everything. The district manager was at least kind to us on the phone. The rest of the team members were not.
