Founded in 2017, MYLegalTrans translates and legalises documents for use in Malaysia and abroad. One team handles the whole chain for the same document: certified translation, notarisation, Wisma Putra attestation and embassy legalisation. Our translators are certified by ITBM, DBP and the Malaysian Translators Association, and the team includes Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak High Court interpreters and NAATI-certified translators.

For the same document we can arrange notarisation, Wisma Putra (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation and legalisation at the destination country's embassy in Kuala Lumpur, then send it back ready to use. If an authority rejects a certified translation we prepared within 30 days of delivery, we re-do it free. Send us the rejection notice or the officer's comments so we can fix exactly what they asked for.

You send the document on WhatsApp (+60 17-227 9378) or by email and tell us where it will be used. We reply with a quotation, usually within 15 minutes, and send a draft for you to check names, dates and numbers before we certify it. We keep you updated at each stage of notarisation, Wisma Putra attestation and embassy legalisation, then deliver by hand in the Klang Valley or by Lalamove, DHL or FedEx.

Certified translation can be done the same day, with 2-hour delivery in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Large orders below 300 pages are handled within 24 hours. Notarisation, Wisma Putra attestation and embassy legalisation add time that depends on each office, and we give you the full timeline with the quotation.
