I’m a coordinator of a higher education institution.

What challenge were you trying to address with My Media Creative?

We wanted a logo for our newly-created research group.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

My Media Creative created a logo for us that represented our team. They started by learning more about our project, needs, and requirements. After that initial meeting, they provided us with 3–4 ideas for the logo, and we picked our favorites. Consequently, they showed us a couple of final options to choose from.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three people from their team, including Tristan (Executive Director), an art director, and a project manager in charge of billing and coordinating.

How did you come to work with My Media Creative?

They were referred to us by one of our team members. We reached out to them and decided to give them the project because we felt like they were a good fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $2,000 CAD (approximately $1,600 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–November 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The logo they created for us was well perceived by our collaborators, investigators, the hospital’s management, and the media department. Their overall work, including different colors, language versions, and other collaterals, was excellent. They delivered a complete package, and we were delighted with it.

How did My Media Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great; their team was responsive and constantly got in touch with us through weekly meetings. In terms of tools, we used emails, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and a specialized platform called Concord.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their price was competitive in their market. Their creativity was also a strong point; they provided a fresh but experienced perspective thanks to their work on NGOs and other mid-sized companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Try your best to give them a clear idea of what you want. Also, try to communicate as much as possible so they can provide you with helpful proposals.
