Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of work We engaged mvpforstartup to design and build an online service booking system for our landscaping company, GreenPolis. The project started with a discovery phase, where we defined the business requirements, mapped the booking process for our services, and agreed on the scope of the MVP. After that, Andrew and his team developed a working first version that allows our clients to book gardening services online, while giving us a simple way to manage incoming requests. Key deliverables Discovery phase: analysis of our needs, definition of the MVP scope and a prioritised list of features Custom-built online booking system for our services Booking flow for clients: choosing a service, selecting a date and submitting a request Administration panel for managing bookings and services Testing and bug fixing before launch Launch of the working MVP and support during the first stage of use Outcome We received a functional product delivered on time, with clear communication and regular progress updates throughout the project. Andrew also proposed improvements on his own initiative, which made the final solution more practical for our business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP was delivered on schedule and within the agreed budget, and our clients can now book services online instead of contacting us only by phone or email. The system has simplified how we receive and manage booking requests, saved us time on manual administration, and gave us a solid foundation to expand with new features in the future.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Andrew managed the project in a very organised and reliable way. He kept clear control of the scope and timeline, and every deliverable was completed on time, with no delays or last-minute surprises. His communication was always transparent, so we knew exactly where the project stood at each stage. He responded quickly and carefully to our needs and took our feedback into account. Rather than simply carrying out instructions, he proactively suggested ideas and improvements that made the final solution better suited to our business. He took full ownership of the project and kept every commitment he made.

• Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Andrew was his proactive, ownership-driven approach. He didn't just deliver what was asked: he thought about our business goals, suggested ideas and improvements on his own, and treated the project as if it were his own. Combined with his reliability, clear communication and consistently on-time delivery, he was a partner we could fully trust, which is rare, especially in the early stage of a project when the requirements are still taking shape.
