Please describe your company and your position there.

AIDONIC is a social fundraising and digital aid distribution technology for humanitarian aid and development programs. NGOs, Charities and Governments can distribute tokenized aid vouchers, entitlements or digital cash straight to the intended end-beneficiaries in the most transparent and efficient way. Our blockchain technology ensures full traceability and accountability. With AIDONIC we can prove that nearly 100% of the donations get to the people in need. I am the founder and CEO at AIDONIC LTD.

For what projects/services did your company hire MVP Workshop?

For the full back- and front-end development, including blockchain integration, UI/UX and branding.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop the full version 1.0 of the AIDONIC platform based on our specs and initial MVP, to be fully ready for the launch in June 2020.

How did you select this vendor?

We did extensive online research on suitable tech development companies with qualified experience in blockchain integrations, especially using the stellar blockchain. After a first meeting with MVP Workshop we decided to work with them, which was the best choice we made.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 8 people, depending on the skills needed. We had a great product manager, who was our direct and permanent point of contact. He was always available for us anytime we needed him, a very fast responder with perfect communication skills.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Bringing an idea into reality is a massive challenge. MVP Workshop made it possible! They immediately adopted our vision and contributed with valuable inputs and further ideas. They met all our expectations in terms of functionality, design and execution. With their help we could improve several workflows, which was a great benefit for the whole project. We won many recognitions and were among the finalsts at several startup competitions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We received every second week an update report with all concluded tasks and the plan for the upcoming tasks. Every month we had a show & tell meeting with all the developers to present the finalized work. We went through all open questions and got a good update on the progress of the project. The team always complied with the deadlines. We communicated over zoom, slack and email, which worked perfectly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed and high quality of coding, clean work, as well as their extensive experience in blockchain integrations, which is very rare nowadays. They provided more value in terms of development to the project than it was agreed. Very impressive work!

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion no improvement needed. Just to keep up the great work!
