Mumble is a B2B software house based in Milan, delivering custom software across Italy. We design and build management systems, CRM platforms, SaaS products and workflow automation for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools or need something no generic platform can offer.

What sets us apart: you work directly with the developers building your software, not with account managers or junior outsourced teams. Every project starts from the client's real processes, not a template — we design the system around how the business actually works, then build it to scale.

We've delivered projects across several B2B verticals: hospitality management platforms, logistics and vehicle transport marketplaces, wine and retail chain management, real estate AI assistants, and multi-company enterprise project management tools. Recent work also includes AI integration into existing business systems — from document automation to AI-assisted CRM — and AI training programs for management teams adopting these tools.

Our stack: Python/Django for backend, Vue.js/Nuxt for frontend, PostgreSQL, Docker for deployment, with React, blockchain and AI/ML integrations where the project calls for it.

Based in Milan, we work with clients across all of Italy, on-site when it matters and remotely for everything else.
