Our demand generation agency needed a ChatGPT-like model for our client-facing platform and was referred to Multimodal. Our primary objective was to provide our clients with a quick and efficient way to generate outbound scripts that are conversion optimized. One of our main focus areas was to make the prompt engineering user-friendly versus the traditional open.ai platform, which often created more generic scripts vs. conversion-focused messaging.

The team was very professional and delivered an easy-to-use final solution in 90 days. Our assigned team were all ML and NLP experts who understood our requirements and communicated well throughout our engagement. The final deliverable was integrated seamlessly into existing products and required limited post-launch support.
