Multigroup Contracting is a commercial general contractor based at 838 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, serving Metro Vancouver since 2016. We take on the whole project — permits, trades, schedule and handover — for tenant improvements, office and retail buildouts, restaurant and coffee shop conversions, warehouse and industrial renovations, and common-area and suite work in multi-unit and strata buildings. Much of our work happens inside occupied buildings, so phased schedules, night shifts and clean handovers are standard practice, not extras. We carry $5M liability coverage and WorkSafeBC registration, work under the BC Building Code and municipal permitting, and price work as fixed scope wherever the drawings allow it.
