I needed to create a message that would really attract customers, but my original messaging was unclear and confusing. Plus, the way I explained my packages made it hard for people to tell them apart and choose the right one. Note, I know nothing about Marketing.  Renee was amazing—she listened to my concerns and helped me tweak the messaging so potential customers would actually take notice.

She was super patient in explaining why certain options would work better and stuck to a reasonable timeline, delivering everything right on time. I've been using her content on my website and social media, and it’s made a huge difference.  My brand looks so professional now; I’m embarrassed about how I presented it before. It really makes a difference how you portray yourself to the world.

Customer traffic has really picked up. People are actually emailing me with questions now. Before, it was much much more quiet.

Yes, they were on time. Since I had a part to play too, they guided me through the process so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed by something I’d been putting off. We had several virtual meetings.
