Mughal Apparel is a B2B custom clothing manufacturer in Daska, Sialkot District, Pakistan, founded in 2008. We produce OEM and private-label apparel for 80+ brand clients in 35+ countries — with a 50-piece minimum order quantity per style and colour, the lowest tier at any Sialkot factory.

Product specialties: hoodies and sweatshirts (280–500 GSM French terry and fleece), heavyweight t-shirts (140–250 GSM cotton), streetwear cut-and-sew, sublimated sports jerseys (football, basketball, baseball, cricket), custom boxing gloves and MMA fight wear, martial arts uniforms (BJJ, karate, judo gi), leather biker apparel and motorcycle gear, equestrian breeches, cycling jerseys, swimwear and EN ISO 20471 hi-vis safety workwear.

Decoration is fully in-house: Tajima multi-head computerised embroidery, Kornit Storm Hexa direct-to-garment printing, dye-sublimation, screen print, heat transfer and woven/embroidered patches. No subcontract.

Compliance: WRAP, BSCI, Sedex SMETA 4-pillar, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001:2015, GOTS (organic on request), GRS (recycled on request), REACH compliant. Every order passes our four-stage AQL 2.5 inspection with third-party PSI (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) supported at our cost.

Trade access: Pakistan's GSP+ status grants 0% import duty into all 27 EU member states — a ~12% landed-cost advantage versus Chinese, Vietnamese or non-GSP origins. We issue Form A with every EU-bound container.

Lead times: 7–14 day samples (DHL/FedEx), 45–60 day bulk production with daily WhatsApp updates. DDP door-to-door to USA, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.
