Nope, have had 5 to 6 times delay, no communication on each of the delay until we proactively follow up with them

Worst freight forwarder in Sydney, if not the whole Australia, STAY AWAY!

We came to trial MTF for our ExWorks (EXW) Osaka to Sydney LCL (under 2.5cbm) after reading some of their positive google reviews, the owner Dan was nice to deal with initially and lured us in with initial low quoted price ($1.8k End-to-End up to delivery to our storage in Sydney), so we booked with them for the shipment. Once the booking was made, all the comms started to be handled by an intern and Operation Manager called Kim.

The whole process evidenced that they do not know what they are doing. Only a week before the shipment arrives Sydney, they realised the whole shipment was being shipped loose without palletised, which increases the goods being damaged from being throw on and off individually.

When being asked "have we discussed this before", they started throwing dozens of unreasonable additional charges on our bill, including palletising it now on-shore but you need to buy our pallets, pay additional labour to handle them, jacking the whole bill up from the initially agreed circa $1.8k end-to-end shipment to $3.3k. What's worst, the hiked $3.3k was WITHOUT delivery which was previously agreed under ExWorks.

What it means is we have to run-around and assign another logistic company to pickup the goods from Botany Bay after custom clearance, or else, these clowns are charging another $1.275k on top of the $3.3k, making it close to $4.5k for under 2.5cbm EXW LCL shipment from Osaka to Sydney. Worst of it all, the Operation Manager hang up on us when we discussed her quoted and explained the additional charges were unreasonable.

Save yourself the trouble, just going to Maersk or McHugh & Eastwood if you are looking for reliable freight forwarders that ain't dodgy (we are not affiliated with them but we use them alongside with testing MTF shipment and they are WAYYYYYYY better to deal with) and learn from our lesson here.

We had 4 staff involved with this shipment due to your constant complaints. I counted 230 emails, 65 calls with you company, so to say communication was not good is unreasonable. You were comparing rates and transit times from Hong Kong to Australia vs Japan to Australia, two totally different markets. We have tried to make contact lately, however believe you business has closed down.
