I hired MRLA to help with our new website design. We also needed a website that was user friendly as well as mobile compatible.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

MRLA was referred to me by a colleague. I had a few web designer to chose from actually but I found MRLA best fit my business needs.

What I needed was a website that was simple, user friendly, and has a way to schedule and communicate with clients. MRLA provided me with a few design options and arrowhead it down to fit my business style. MRLA also provided me with graphic design and ideas during this stage.

I directly worked with Johnny who assisted me with everything. He was very helpful and easily accessible.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website was up and running quickly. I was able to secure appointments within days of publishing the website.

MRLA was very easy to contact. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Johnny was. He answered all of my questions and he provided me better ideas that improved the outlook of my website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything that they need to do different. Their business ethics and quality of work were very impressive.
