- They care for all what is your concern and your deliverables. - They suggest on top of what you care to deliver measurable results. - They follow up on your deliverables to make sure you will be on track to your goal. - Communication towards me as a client is by far phenomenal always there when you have concerns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would strongly suggest having a common calendar platform outside emails, that both me and the vendor can update realtime changes to improve almost real-time updates and communications in case last-minute changes from the client's priorities change. This is due to the nature of the music industry which is a very nimble and not streamlined process most of the time. This is a huge plus and advantage for the client's relationship at least in this line of business.
