Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Co.

The story of the mountain man is similar to many other self-made stories. It started out when Dave Conner found himself unemployed with a family to feed and rent to pay. Not knowing what else to do he turned to selling dried nuts and fruits to neighbors, business offices, and anyone he could find that would give him the time of day. Years ago, Dave and his wife Virginia had made gift baskets on the side to earn some extra cash. Dave took what he knew from that and used it to start what is now known as Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Co. Over time the business started gaining some traction and Dave and Virginia found a retail space where they could sell their tasty collection of nuts, fruits, candies, and chocolates. Over the years Dave hired others that helped him to sell his product in the Denver metro area and other areas around Colorado. What started as a way to make some extra cash turned into what is now Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Co.
