Motife was recommended to us by multiple people in our networks. We met with them in person and got impressed by their experience and their deep understanding of the challenges we were facing

We're hired Motife to work on multiple roles, we're struggling to hire. We've decided on an RPO model, and it has proved to be very efficient.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Motife has dedicated an RPO person to augment our internal HR team, plus a team of recruiters and sourcers to scout for passive Engineering talent on a local market
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Motife has helped us get multiple placements mostly for Java, React, Devops positions. Their help was a significant contribution in achieving our recruitment plans
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was seamless - they worked side by side with our internal teams, got to know not only our HR specialists but also Hiring Managers and individual engineers involved in the recruitment processes. During the assignment, they positioned themselves as part of our Team.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The effectiveness of their work was impressive. They got significantly better results when it comes to candidates presented vs actual hires. This was a result of constantly calibrated requirements for the position and thorough screening process on their side

Nothing I can think of now.

First Advantage opens a new engineering hub in Krakow, with MOTIFE as an exclusive partner.
As part of the group’s digital transformation, First Advantage announced on September 1st, 2022 the opening of a new office in Krakow, Poland, in the heart of downtown at High Five Office (ul. Pawia 9).
Designed as a center of excellence for engineering, the Krakow hub will be composed of several scrum teams of engineers working on a high-volume, security intensive SaaS platforms. I'm a manager at a financial services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with MOTIFE?
We hired MOTIFE to attract competitive IT specialists.
What is the scope of their involvement?
MOTIFE provides HR services for us and is our strategic partner because they helped us to start our presence in our local market from scratch. By doing hundreds of interviews, they've helped us find our first office and the key technical managers that have been our foundation.
In addition, they've attracted other technical specialists to our company based on the job description drafts that our manager makes and that MOTIFE's team adjusts to the local market conditions. Moreover, they've implemented some tax deductions for our employees based on the local tax regulations.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with HR leads from MOTIFE's team, but I can contact particular recruiters if necessary.
How did you come to work with MOTIFE?
They were already working with us when I took my current position.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we've spent around €400,000 (approximately $426,000 USD) with them.
What is the status of the engagement?
We started working together in September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They've found the right IT candidates who have integrated well into our company and are still working with us.
How did MOTIFE perform from a project management standpoint?
MOTIFE's team is responsive and always pushes us when we slow down with our part of the project. Nonetheless, we always have open communication channels so I can reach out to whomever I need.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're willing to help us with several things that are not even in the scope of work. Their team is very open and flexible to adapt to our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be important for them to scale up when there is more customer demand.

Be very accurate with your requirements because they will deliver exactly what you ask for.

Basically the service provided was everything from recruitment to hosting end-to-end. Input was a profile and output was the right employee hired and hosted. The hosting was flexible and we ended up embedding employees in our own staff.
