...tell enthralling stories
We specialise in providing tailored public relations guidance, particularly in the area of corporate, crisis and digital communications, to business-2-business and social impact organisations operating in or looking to enter the sub-Saharan Africa market.
At Mosron Communications, our team of PR and digital communications professionals deliver bespoke communication strategies and deploy campaigns designed for maximum impact across all touch points. Indeed, many clients have attested to the beauty and impact of our seemingly simplistic, but highly effective strategies.
We know that having a story to tell is the start point; telling that story to the right audience, at the right time, and in the most appropriate format is what guarantees results. We are specially equipped to serve medium and large-sized brands as well as multinational organisations looking to gain entry into the sub-Saharan and Nigerian market. Over the years, Mosron Communications has confronted business challenges with innovative strategies and result-driven implementation tactics that deliver the desired organisational result. Ours is a story of deep-rooted growth, evidenced by our strong network both in public and private sector circles and in the diversity of clients we have served.
'Learning by doing' is an effective method of training.
The PR and communications industry demands a set of strategic thinking, communications and digital skills amongst others. We have designed the Mosron Communications Internship Programme (MCIP), an intensive talent development initiative where young professionals are nurtured and prepared for a career in public relations.
We also help large organisations deliver the MCIP as part of their Graduate Internship Programmes. Our goal is to help recent graduates understand effective communications in a corporate environment and also become workplace ready. The programme runs for 3 months, after which a certificate is awarded to every intern who meet the minimum score requirement per month.
LinkedIn Optimisation Training for Entrepreneurs by Mosron Communications
The annual Mosron Training Series is a CSR initiative by Mosron Communications. This is in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 .
In 2018, we trained over 250 young professionals on how to use LinkedIn effectively. This year, we trained 25 mid-senior level professionals, and 20 entrepreneurs on social selling, business strategy and market identification.
We also had a Twitter training session on how to create an optimised LinkedIn profile, and strategic connections in the platform. The thread has garnered about 40,000 impressions so far.
We subsequently expanded the training program to what is now called the Mosron Communications Upskilling Program.
To help reposition a senior executive from being seen as a medical doctor to a finance and economics expert, we provided extensive vendor management service during the writing process, and exhaustive event management services.
We worked with Nigerian Women in Public Relations, an independent social impact organisation to conceptualise, identify contributors and speakers, manage and deliver the #ExperiencingPR book project, launch and conference.
One important way to foster interactions as a team or for corporate events is through hybrid events.
The hybrid format is not just convenient, it serves multicultural teams well. Add virtual to your events to engage experts from various locations and amplify the experience valuable for all participants.
This month we facilitated the maiden edition of West Africa Tourism Roundtable in Lagos, Nigeria. The event had physical participants as well as virtual participants who joined the conversation from different African countries including Ghana and Tanzania.
We worked with Landmark Africa to tell their story of resilience as they delivered the Eti Osa Treatment Centre.
They continue to raise the bar in their real estate offerings, preparing for a world learning new ways of interaction.
