I’m the CEO of SLZ, a boutique revenue operations (RevOps) and HubSpot consulting studio. We help companies fix messy customer relationship management (CRM) setups, automate manual workflows, and build accurate reporting systems for business leadership.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Morsof has worked on AI integration and workflow automation for our internal processes. The team has automated repetitive tasks, connected workflows, improved data handling, and used AI to reduce manual work and speed up day-to-day operations.
In terms of deliverables, Morsof has provided CRM and workflow automation, API integrations, AI-assisted data processing, automated notifications and follow-ups, and reporting improvements. The focus has been on connecting internal tools and reducing repetitive manual tasks across our day-to-day operations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen faster internal processing, less time spent on repetitive manual tasks, and more consistent workflows. Our team has been able to handle day-to-day operations more efficiently with fewer manual steps and faster turnaround times. Specifically, we’ve reduced manual processing time by around 40%–50%, automated more than 60% of repetitive workflow steps, and improved turnaround time on internal requests by around 30%.

How did Morsof perform from a project management standpoint?

Morsof’s project management has been smooth and well-organized. Communication has been clear, progress has been easy to follow, and the agreed-upon deliverables have been completed on time. The team has also been responsive when we’ve needed adjustments during the project. In terms of communication, we’ve used in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What has stood out the most is Morsof’s ability to understand our internal processes quickly and turn them into practical automations. They’ve focused on solutions that are simple, useful, and directly reduce manual work for our team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience has been very positive. If anything, more documentation around some of the automated workflows would have made future internal handovers and onboarding even easier.
