Our Story

More Staffing started because we were our own first client. Our founders built a Filipino team to run core operations in their e-commerce business, and it changed what the company could do. Not because it cost less, but because the people were good and they stayed.

Staying is the rare part. Most of this industry places a hire and moves on. Our mission is to help founders build remote teams that last, by looking after the people we place long after the placement.

Most providers are paid at placement, so their involvement ends there. We stay close to your hire for the life of the engagement, with coaching and community that keep them engaged. Isolation is why remote hires quit. Staying close is how we catch it early.

Our fee is separate from the talent's salary

Many providers bury their margin inside a marked-up salary, so the person doing the work takes home less than you think. Ours is visible. That means the people we place are paid fairly and know it, which is a large part of why they stay.

We vet against your role, then stand behind it

We do not post a job and forward resumes. We build the profile with you, screen against it, and run interviews and assessments before you meet a candidate. You choose. If the placement does not work out, we replace them for as long as the engagement continues.

A BPO runs the function for you with their own team and their own supervisors. A marketplace gives you access to a list and steps back once you have hired. We do neither. With More Staffing, the person works for you. You direct the work, set priorities, and own the results, the same as any employee on your team. What we carry is the people-side: sourcing and vetting against your role, onboarding support, payroll coordination, then coaching and community that keep the hire engaged over time. Replacement coverage runs for as long as the engagement continues. The practical difference is what happens six months in. A marketplace has no reason to care whether your hire is still there. A BPO cares, but they are managing that person, not you. We stay involved without taking the work away from you.

Most clients move from kickoff to hire in 3 to 4 weeks. Our target is to endorse qualified candidates for client interviews within 14 days, depending on the role, seniority, and hiring requirements.

Remote hires rarely leave over the work. They leave because they feel isolated, invisible, and unsure they are building toward anything. So that is what we address. Every person we place keeps a direct line to someone here for the life of the engagement, not just through onboarding. We run group coaching cohorts and curate the education worth their time, focused on the softer skills of working across a distance: communication, self-direction, and managing your own time without someone watching. We give them peers outside your walls, because belonging is what keeps good people from drifting. Our fee is also separate from the talent's salary, so the people we place are paid fairly and can see it. That matters more for retention than most of the rest. None of this touches their work. You set the priorities, run the reviews, and lead their growth in the role. We keep the person engaged so that growth has somewhere to land.

Cost varies by role and seniority, and the range is wide enough that a single number would be misleading. We share role-specific figures on a call, once we know what you are hiring for. The more useful math is what a hire actually costs over time. A placement that leaves at month seven costs you the search, the ramp, the institutional knowledge, and the months your team spent covering. That is usually a larger number than the difference between two salaries, and it is the one most companies do not calculate. Our clients hire in the Philippines to add capacity without adding fixed cost. They stay with us because the people they hired are still there two years later. The second part is what makes the first part worth anything.
