We have used More's service to staff three separat positions with our company.  Initially, they helped us fill a junior sales associate role.  As this candidate proved to be an excellent fit and began to grow, we promoted her and used More to find a sales associate to support further and conduct new customer outreach.  The key deliverables were to provide excellent support and an indepth knowledge of our products and how they relate to interior design priniciples.  The team was also given quarterly sales revenue goals to meet.  For our separate bookkeeping position, the objective was to replace a previous bookkeeper who was providing inadequate service.  The mission was to create more clarity and regularity to our books.  

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Members of the sale team increased our sales this year by 28% year over year while at the same time allowing us to reallocate a domestic employee previously working in sales to a different position.  This drastically cut our sales costs by 40% in the same period - providing further value to the company.  This success has also allowed us to create a blueprint for continued team growth and achievement.  For bookkeeping, we now receive a thoughtful monthly analysis of our books that enables better planning.  

Our sales manager hire from More has over time taken our company procedures and expanded upon them, adding aligned processes for client follow up and outreach for the sales associate working under them.  Both sales hires are adept at using our company's tracking software, CRM and communication channels to provide transparency across our team and customers.  They do this with realtively little continuing training or coaching and the team provides their own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to our leadership team.  All of the above is handled with a positive, proactive, can-do attitude that aligns with our company's ethos.

As a hiring adjacent, they are adept at listening and responding to our qualitative goals for our hires.  They listen closely to our needs and make sure the candidates aren't just good on paper, but are aligned with our culture and market.  This makes all the difference for us.

It would be helpful to have more tools to align with our qualitative criteria with hires.  This is a tricky thing to do, but that would be the one opportunity for further improvement.
