I'm developing a specialized web application in which I maintain the backend which supports several React-bases SPAs on the front end. In the past I hired developers directly.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moravio, and what were your goals?
I wanted to outsource front end development while maintaining back end services myself.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The seemed to have a no-nonsense and businesslike approach without trying to promise everything to everybody. This was confirmed in direct communication. They were willing to work in a somewhat unusual partnership where we would need to develop good communication and flexible boundaries.

They started with existing React SPAs, cleaned them up, found and removed bugs, improved user interaction, made clear requests for new endpoints which I implemented and they tested and used.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
two developers, a tester, and a product owner. Their command of English is good to excellent, BTW.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I will continue working with them, for years, I hope, in maintenance mode or when we need to expand features.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Regular, efficient meetings, issue tracking (Jira), Confluence, they joined our slack channel. The time difference between my office in eastern USA and theirs in Moravia worked well, as we could meet at their afternoon/my morning and I had the rest of the day to deal with back end or questions they might have.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their professionalism and competency were impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I will be interested to see if we can continue in maintenance mode while my attention is diverted for a while to business issues.

I was in the position of financial and reporting spoecialist and I was in charge of the project of implementation of the new website for investors during that period.

For what projects/services did your company hire Moravio, and what were your goals?
The main goal was to move from an outdated and not fully functional system. That's why we approached Moravio, based on excellent references. One of the main tasks was to move to a user-friendly system that would be less demanding to operate. Another was to improve the UX.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Moravio was chosen because of positive references from the circle of people who have solved similar projects themselves.

At the very first meeting with the project manager we presented our expectations and agreed on the implementation process. Since we needed to deal with this promptly, the time that was set aside for the implementation was not very long.
Moravio managed this with great professionalism. At the next meeting we discussed the contract terms and then it went very quickly. The first visualization designs came, which we only lightly auctioned. After several meetings we agreed on go live with the possibility of additional changes within the production in the following month.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Project manager - He was always available whan we needed and he could answer all our answers to our questions about the project (time, problems, changes). Lead developer - when we were in need to understand some technical points or to discuse them he was able to help us. A bunch of developers who worked on our project. Testing was in our hands and the hands of project manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Feedback from our customers was very positive. The same reaction was by our administrators who spent less time on editing the site.

We had meetings as needed. In the start there was a time we had some regulary meetings. We used BaseCamp for communication.

The whole team had a great focus on the project. Their communication has been straight and transparent. They also came with their own ideas.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
You can always improve what you do, but in the case of Moravio it is not much needed.
