    I measure success by how effectively leaders are able to step out of day-to-day execution and focus on driving the business forward. At the start of every engagement, I work with leadership to define what “better” looks like, whether that’s clearer decision-making, reduced operational friction, improved leadership alignment, or stronger systems that no longer depend on everything running through the top. Success is reflected in leaders gaining back time, clarity, and confidence in their organization’s structure. From a practical standpoint, this often shows up in measurable improvements such as reduced execution bottlenecks, faster and more consistent hiring, clearer role and ownership definition, improved leadership effectiveness, and smoother operations across teams or locations. In previous work, this has included cutting time-to-hire by more than 50%, improving leadership accountability, and building scalable operating and people systems. Ultimately, success isn’t just hitting a metric, it’s when leaders tell me they’re no longer stuck in the weeds, decisions are being made at the right levels, and the organization can grow without everything breaking or running through them.

    My project management approach is structured, transparent, and execution-focused. I start every engagement by clarifying objectives, scope, decision-makers, and success criteria so everyone is aligned from the beginning. Work is broken into clear phases with defined priorities, owners, timelines, and checkpoints. I keep leadership closely informed without overloading them, focusing updates on what matters most: progress, risks, decisions needed, and outcomes. The goal is momentum, not meetings. I design the process to reduce friction, not add it.
