Montari helps Dutch businesses stop retyping the same information into their systems. We build custom AI agents that sit inside the software a company already relies on, such as Exact, AFAS, SAP, Microsoft 365, CRM and TMS platforms, and take over routine steps like entering orders from email and PDF, matching invoices, sorting incoming mail and preparing daily reports. Anything unusual is routed to an employee with the relevant context, so people stay in charge of decisions.
We are a young, founder-led company from Apeldoorn, started in 2026. Instead of selling hours, we begin every engagement with a free process scan that puts a number on what a process costs today and what automation would save. Only when that business case holds up do we start building, and we bring automations live in small steps.
Clients pay a one-time setup and a fixed monthly fee, starting at EUR 1,500 setup and EUR 750 per month for one process. We work mainly with companies in logistics, manufacturing, construction and installation, wholesale and professional services throughout the Netherlands, in Dutch or English.
