We used Monika to generate names for a better-for-you dessert brand. We were seeking names that were descriptive of the product, enjoyable to say, and that could likely be trademarked in the United States.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Monika delivered dozens of creative names that really made us stop and think. The variety of names was incredible, while giving us plenty of options that were right on-brief. We're in the final stages of selecting a name, with multiple options they delivered in the running!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Monika automates the trademark prescreening process, which we'd never seen before. Ultimately this saved us from having to go back and forth with a trademark attorney checking a bunch of names. And to see Monika produce so many names so quickly was pretty impressive.

We were looking for a new business name that would reflect our values and help differentiate us from a competitive market.

We were given many naming options that met the brief.  This sparked a lot of conversation and enabled us to short list options and eventually choose a name.

They absolutely delivered everything on time and, more importantly, understood our needs.

I love how they are using A1 to accelerate a process that can take a lot of time but adding a human element that makes the product personalised based on our values.  This represents a business that is staying relevant and ahead of the curve.

• We shared the briefing of our to-be-launched products
• They developed longlists of product names and conducted TM pre-screens
• We discussed and aligned on extended shortlists (30-40 names)
• They prepared a shortlist of 20 pre-screened names for discussion
• The design team created mockups of the shortlisted names 
• They developed a final shortlist of 20 pre-screened names
