Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Optasy, an IT company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with MoneySenCe Accounting?

I needed help with our corporate tax returns. We were filing GST/HST returns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we spoke over the phone. Then, we had a face-to-face meeting where they told me what details they need. They provided me with a list of documents that I needed to supply. I prepared these documents in Google Drive for them to review. Once everything was done, we had another face-to-face meeting where we discussed the results. Because we are filing HST every three months, we discuss the filings with them every three months. They are only doing taxes for us.

We worked with three people. One of them was the head of accounting and the others were junior accountants.
